Founder & President
Michael G. Murray II
Michael is first a Christian, a father, a singer, and a Marine. He was retired from the United States Marine Corps in October of 2014, where he served as both an enlisted man, and as an infantry officer for over 18 years, before retiring as a 100% complete and totally disabled veteran due to his injuries. Michael founded Liberty Organization for Veterans and Emergency Responders in January of 2021 to give back to fellow veterans, active duty military, and first responders after suffering through mental and physical injuries, drug addiction, and severe chronic pain related to his injures. Michael is a veteran of the Kosovo Campaign, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and is a decorated combat veteran. During his time as an officer in the Marine Corps, he helped build several key USMC training programs, doctrinal publications, and has trained thousands of Marines, civilians and first responders. He worked on key programs and publications such as Combat Hunter, Convoy Operations, Foreign Advising and Security Cooperation. He can be reached at Michael.Murray@LibertyOVE.com

Woodrow D. Murray III
Woody is the brother of Michael and comes from a storied history of veterans on both the fraternal and maternal sides of his family. He joined his brother in his dream to do more for veterans and emergency responders immediately upon conception of the idea. Woody serves on the Chesterfield BNI and is a salesman with CMA Chevrolet in Chester, VA. Woody regularly donates his time and skills to LibertyOVE clients and fundraising events.

Jonathan Scrabeck
Lieutenant Colonel Jon Scrabeck (USMC Retired) is a retired infantry office and knows the struggles of the injured and wounded, and how hit affects their day-to-day lives. John is a multi-tour combat veteran of Operation Iraqi
Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Currently, he serves as Vice President, Business Development, Marketing & Product Development for John Cockerill Defense.

Monica Matthews
President, Clear Talk Media, Nationally Syndicated Host "Life, Love & Liberty", Spokesperson, Political Consultant/Strategist, Child Advocate, Published Author & Founder, THIRST University. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Monica has worked along side legislators and constituents across the US to bridge socio-cultural gaps where policy meets the real needs of all Americans. Facilitating ministry needs, Monica has served for over twelve years with a focus on trauma and redemption of the whole person and the restoration of the family unit. She has deployed to disaster areas as a volunteer with Samaritan's Purse.

As a corporate consultant, Monica brings years of ministry and national talk radio experience in her efforts to establish cohesion and productivity in the workplace - better known as the emotional quotient - whether boardroom or political campaign war room. Monica is a Grammy nominated singer, proficient in German, and on-air crisis mitigation & narrative strategy.

Dr. Royster is a Trauma specialist with a unique approach to treatment. She is the creator of a distinct subclinical protocol for trauma relief called Trauma Recovery Intervention Protocol (TRIP). Her credentials include currently completing a second doctorate in traumatology. She also holds a doctorate in industrial organizational psychology, and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. She is certified in EMDR, ART, RTM, and the exclusive Trauma Recovery Intervention Protocol.
Dr. Royster has successfully assisted over 6,000 individuals, pioneered advances in neurofeedback and brain study. Her proprietary Trauma Recovery Intervention Protocol (TRIP) yields transformative results in under 30 minutes. Dr. Royster is committed to alleviating trauma symptoms such as sleep disturbances, intrusive thoughts, and flashbacks, with a method that respects your boundaries and eliminates the need to delve deep into traumatic events. Dr. Corvea is an accomplished licensed
clinical psychologist with a rich tenure at the Veterans Administration (VA), serving over 30
years. She is dedicated to research-driven therapeutic methods, comprehensive assessments, and mentorship to other clinicians. Dr. Corvea is also passionate about supporting service members and guiding them through their unique challenges.

Sabrina Johnson
CSAC, Director of Community Services
Sabrina is a veteran with deep expertise in personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and addiction. Her credentials include being a certified authority in substance abuse counseling in both Florida and Virginia. Norman Bissell

A decade of military service, transitioning from MP to Infantry officer in the United States Army. He is renowned for innovative brain-based therapeutic interventions. Norman’s credentials include being a licensed practitioner in Ohio, Florida, and Virginia. He is highly recognized as an authority on trauma interventions on an international scale.

Most recently he has served the Department of Defense overseas, working with U.S. Special Operations Command troops (USSOCOM). He comes with extensive experience assisting first responders, children, adults, and couples, with a forte in rapid trauma interventions.

Toby Christensen
Toby is an experienced professional with a passion for helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their desired outcomes. He is an Expert in solution-based therapy and neuro-linguistic programming. His credentials include being a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner and a trained TRIP practitioner.
Toby specializes in PTSD and behavioral transformation and creating a positive and empowering therapeutic environment for his clients. He is dedicated to guiding you toward your goals and aspirations, with a dynamic and high-energy personality that will inspire you to act and make positive changes in your life.
Toby is also a member of the Hear the Hope foundation, where he helps veterans and others create songs for publication and release. Toby and our Founder have produced 3 songs together to date.

John epitomizes a life dedicated to service.
From the battlefield, serving with the U.S. Army, to the counseling room he is dedicated to serving and healing others. John is a licensed counselor with a primary focus on trauma and Post Traumatic Stress.
His passion is advocating for emotional growth that aligns with one’s chronological age, aiming to reduce daily disruptions and enhance one’s overall well-being.

Lindsey Pollen

Lindsey is a licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist. She has a deep-rooted passion for supporting children, adolescents, and their families. She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and has been practicing since 2014. In that time she has developed comprehensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families.
Lindsey emphasizes empathy, encouragement, and the development of healthier wellness patterns, and aims to cultivate hope, a sense of belonging, and the courage to navigate life’s challenges in her clients.
